For this reason, we consider expenses in the context of our in-house health management as a sustainable investment, rather than as a ‘humanitarian’ measure, which benefits both parties: the employees and the company.

In a holistic approach, it is our concern to make the health issue a personal issue among our employees, well beyond their everyday working life. Our main focus is not primarily on the question of ‘what makes us ill?’ but rather on ‘what keeps us healthy?’. As a result, our health measures are always aimed at prevention.

The objective is to include as many employees as possible in our programmes. Thus, we offer a wide range of measures and activities like: preventive medical examinations, informative events, vaccination programmes, sports activities, etc.
